But in certain (and rare) circumstances, events beyond our control can impact on your delivery.
As standard, we offer a £50 liability payment for loss or damage of your goods in transit. If your goods are higher in value, we strongly advise that you take out additional insurance.
We can arrange cover for you, starting at 2% of the value of your goods, with a minimum charge of £15.
However, when it comes to insurance, nothing is standard. Certain goods and certain destinations will have an effect on your premium and the type of cover we can provide.
So before you do anything else, it’s best to call us and discuss your shipment in more detail.
